I cannot promise he will stay, since all from earth return.
But there are lessons taught down there. I want this dog to learn!”

I Can't believe so long has gone by
Since I held you close and i said
"good bye".
Memories of that day still play in my mind,

You were my dog and my very best friend.
True you were, so brave to the end.

To be patient and kind, and to cherish
